EGEC 2026

AVAESEN is an organizing partner of EGEC (Energy Global Expo & Congress), an international congress and exhibition space focused on renewable energy and energy transition, held in Valencia since 2025. In 2025 and 2026, this event received support from the Third Vice Presidency and Regional Ministry of Environment, Infrastructure, Territory, and Recovery under the "Promotion of Renewable Energies in the Valencian Community" program.

Intelligent Cities Challenge

The European Commission has selected 100 cities from 20 EU countries to participate in the Intelligent Cities Challenge (ICC). Of the 16 candidate cities from all over Spain, Alcoi, Alcobendas, Alicante, Castellón and Torrent have been selected to become the smartest, most sustainable, livable and socially responsible cities in Europe in the next two years.
